Everywhere I go the faces look the same,

all worried about the future,

too busy to enjoy the day.

All it takes is just one minute or 60 seconds, tops.

To stop, breathe, and listen,

get your head out of the box.

See the sun in all it’s glory,

the birds singing loud and true.

The world is full of wonder,

so stop and see the view.
