As a native of Western Maryland, I’ve always had a fondness for nature, animals, and anything creative. I was drawn to Annapolis, MD after college and have lived in the area ever since. Living by the water gives me peace and provides me with the nature and serenity I need for my photography and art.

Every year, if I’m lucky, I go on a vacation to the Outer Banks, NC with my family. This trip gives me a chance to visit with my loved ones and provides some of the best natural beauty to capture as well.

Although my photography comes directly from nature, I tend to fluctuate between more realistic landscapes and fantasy scenes with my artwork. I enjoy having the freedom to create my own world with the stroke of a paintbrush. I get to step outside of our current reality and create an entirely new one - which I find so empowering and exciting! As an artist, I’m drawn towards acrylic, watercolor, and gouache mediums but I love to experiment with new techniques.

Arty Allie was barely an idea a few years ago and quickly became a dream. With the support and encouragement of friends and family I finally decided to take the leap and launch my business in 2024!

I’m so grateful that I get to express myself through my art and share my creations with the world. If I can spread a little joy, love, or a little smile, then it’s all worth it!

The beauty that Maryland alone has to offer is amazing, but the beauty that the world offers is boundless - and I hope to experience and share it all!
